Will we endevour to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery

First class post is used where possible. For particularly large and heavy orders 2nd class post may be used.

Return of Goods

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported and returned to us within 14 days of their receipt.

If for any reason whatsoever you wish to return any goods that you have purchased from us, we will either replace the product, or if you wish, we will issue a full refund provided that the goods have been returned to us unused in a fully re-saleable condition and with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods by you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your rights under current Distance Selling Regulations.
