What Is the Aroshanti App?
The Aroshanti app brings together the ARO Productions world of sound and wellness in one peaceful place: meditation music, immersive sound baths, guided journeys, breathwork and nature soundscapes, drawn from Aroshanti and our family of aliases such as Luna Air, Aurora Roshan and Earthscapes.
It is, in essence, a wellness sanctuary in your pocket, made to support your calm, your rest and your inner stillness, whenever you need it.
Finding Your Way: The Five Tabs
The app is arranged around five simple tabs along the bottom of your screen:
- Home, your gentle starting point, with a warm welcome and a place to begin.
- Nature, immersive natural soundscapes, from rainfall to ocean to forest.
- Explore, the heart of the app, where content is organised by what you need (more below).
- Breath, guided breathing practices to calm, centre and reset.
- You, your own space, for your profile and preferences.
And wherever you are, you will find the Inner Guide button floating gently on screen, ready to help whenever you wish.
The Seven Explore Pillars
The Explore tab is organised not by genre, but by what you are seeking, so you can simply choose how you would like to feel. There are seven outcome-based pillars to explore:
- Sleep, to help you drift off and rest deeply.
- Calm, to soothe stress and quiet the mind.
- Heal, for restoration and gentle recovery.
- Focus, for clear, unhurried concentration.
- Ground, to feel present and steady.
- Energise, for a warm, gentle lift.
- Sacred, for stillness, reflection and spiritual connection.
Simply choose the pillar that matches your moment, and let the app guide you to the right sound.
The Inner Guide
The Inner Guide is your gentle companion within the app. Tap the floating button, tell it how you are feeling or what you need, a restless night, a frazzled afternoon, a moment of calm before a meeting, and it will help point you toward the sound or practice that might serve you best. Think of it as a quiet, knowing friend, always ready to help you find your way to calm.
How the Sound Is Organised
Within each pillar, many offerings flow through three gentle depths, so you can choose how far you would like to go. You might begin with soothing meditation music, deepen into an immersive sound bath mix, or surrender fully to a guided journey. It is a gentle invitation to go only as deep as feels right for you in the moment.
Free and Subscriber Access
The app offers a gentle way in for everyone. Some content is freely available to explore, more opens up when you create a free account, and the full library, the complete depth of soundscapes, sound baths, journeys and practices, is available to subscribers. You are welcome to begin gently, explore what is freely offered, and deepen your journey whenever you feel ready.
Getting Started
The loveliest way to begin is simply to start. Open the app, choose the Explore pillar that matches how you would like to feel, or ask the Inner Guide, and let a soundscape carry you. There is nothing to master and no right way. Just press play, breathe, and let yourself settle into a moment of calm. Your sanctuary is ready whenever you are.
The Aroshanti app is here to be a gentle, ever-present companion on your path to calm, rest and stillness. Take a little time to explore its tabs and pillars, lean on the Inner Guide whenever you wish, and let it become a peaceful corner of your day, always ready to help you come home to yourself.
Begin your journey … Open the app and find your calm.
