“Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light.”

Yogi Bhajan

When the world seems full of darkness remember light will always make the dark disappear.

I love this quote by author Terry Pratchett … “Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.”

Let’s be that light!

Yogi Bhajan, born on August 26, 1929, in what is now Pakistan, was a spiritual leader, entrepreneur, and the founder of Kundalini Yoga in the Western world. Yogi Bhajan’s wisdom extended far beyond the realm of yoga, encompassing a holistic approach to life and personal growth. His teachings emphasized the importance of self-awareness, self-discipline, and conscious living. Yogi Bhajan’s wisdom was rooted in the belief that each individual possesses an innate capacity for spiritual transformation and that self-realization can be achieved through disciplined practice and inner exploration. He shared practical wisdom on a wide range of topics, including health, relationships, and achieving success with integrity. Yogi Bhajan’s teachings continue to inspire and guide countless individuals, reminding us to embrace mindfulness, elevate our consciousness, and live authentically in alignment with our truest selves.
