“Don’t fight darkness. Bring the light, and darkness will disappear.”
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
It is so easy to feel lost and over whelmed by darkness. It can also be hard to see what is wrong and know how to fix it. I always check with myself “If it feels like an up hill struggle, it’s probably for a good reason”. For me particularly useful when having a creative block. Take a deep breath, step back and end the fight. Instead bring light to the situation; only then can you see the right path, when there is light.
