Welcome to Aroshanti.com where you’ll find meditation music to help relax, heal, sleep and energize your mind, body and spirit.

I compose music for meditation and spa treatments, like Massage or Reiki, to help create a sense of peace and tranquillity, to help focus the body and mind, leaving behind the distractions from our busy lives.

Some of my spa practitioner friends use my music before or after a session for creating the right kind of gentle atmosphere or for consulting with a client. Others use it throughout to help maintain a safe and focused space for a heart-centered treatment or a re-energising massage.
